"Always On top" feature for desktop app

People Problem: "The articles take time to write, and I often switch between tabs on my computer while they are writing. Then I forget to switch back to reword and continue writing the next section. This costs me time"

Proposed solution: Have a desktop app that stays on top of all other windows, similar to the video mode in arc browser. (see attached example)
